Professional Standards

administrative rulings negatively impacting their ability to advise seniors
and they comply with all governmental laws, rules and regulations. Advisor is appropriately licensed to do business in their
respective state(s) and within their respective legal association or
financial industry. Advisor will maintain the proper level of competency to
advise clients and adhere to their industry continuing education
requirements and will take the initiative to learn about reverse mortgages
as another financial tool for seniors as applicable. Advisor takes reasonable measures to protect the
confidentiality of all non-public information, including following the Red
Flags from FACTA. Advisor is expected to be professional by maintaining the
dignity and courtesy of the senior client and toward any Advisor from this
site. Advisor is to maintain a trusted level of integrity with
each senior, forgoing any financial investment or other advice that does not
support the senior’s financial situation and will disclose any conflicts of
interest. Advisor will maintain a fairness and objective mind
assisting the senior to obtain a reverse mortgage by being honest and
